At J-Mash, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting every piece with quality fabrics and expert stitching. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Returns and Exchanges Policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • The item must not be a sale or discounted item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Custom stitched orders made to specific measurements

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Defective or damaged item received
  • Incorrect size delivered (only if correct measurements were provided at the time of order)

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, store credit or a refund will be offered.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the item
  • Our team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days
  • If approved, we will guide you through the return process

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), J-Mash will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges
